Research & Development Advisor
James D. Talton, Ph.D., brings decades of leadership in pharmaceutical research and product development to BeeCured Biotech. As President, Chairman and CEO of TRON Group Inc., along with its subsidiaries Nanopharmaceutics, Inc. and Alchem Laboratories Corporation, Dr. Talton has guided multiple clinical-stage products from concept to commercialization.
Previously, he served as President and CEO of Nanotherapeutics, Inc. for seventeen years, where he helped develop NanoFUSE® DBM, an FDA-cleared bone graft now used in patient care. Dr. Talton has led successful research programs with NIH, DOD and BARDA, securing over $1 billion in government contracts. He is an inventor on thirteen U.S. patents and has authored peer-reviewed publications and book chapters focused on drug delivery, controlled-release formulations and pulmonary therapeutics.
Dr. Talton earned his B.S. and M.S. in Materials Science and Engineering and his Ph.D. in Pharmaceutical Sciences from the University of Florida, where he also serves on the Alumni Advisory Board for the Department of Materials Science and Engineering.

Fredrick Marckini is the founder and former CEO of iProspect.com, Inc., which grew into a global digital marketing agency now operating in dozens of countries, and is recognized as one of the pioneers of search engine marketing. He authored three of the seminal books on search marketing, including one widely considered the "bible" of the industry.
After leaving iProspect, he founded a boutique venture capital firm that acquired and exited several technology companies, including Intellisoft Group, LLC, a SaaS enterprise medical credentialing platform, and Contract Logix, LLC, a SaaS contract management platform. His current focus is the application of AI in business. He is retired and lives in Florida.
